St Catherine's Community Centre
Our Community Centre is a key part of parish life and is based in a central location next to St Catherine’s Church and primary school on School Lane, Didsbury. The Community Centre is normally used by a wide range of groups, including a playgroup, a pre- and after-school wrap-around childcare group, a Scottish dancing group, a Swing Band, and St Catherine’s Scout Group. We also welcome bookings for wedding parties, birthday celebrations, Christenings and funerals, and regularly host charity fundraising events.
We offer a meeting space for local groups, and we also have a large lounge, a licensed bar and a hall with a stage and a dancefloor, available for daytime and evening hire. Our hall caters for groups of up to 250 people, so is ideal for parties and celebrations.
We are easily reached by public transport, and within close walking distance of Didsbury tram stop. We also have accessible parking areas at the front of the Community Centre.
